List of Contents
Place down Standees in a course to help players revive upon reaching the Standee when they are in their ghost form. This goes the same when you're in need of reviving. Simply touch a Standee placed by other players to revive yourself.
It's best to place Standees in sections of the course that are usually dangerous. This way, when players encounter difficulties in those areas, they can go to a nearby Standee to revive and have another chance!
Note that you cannot revive yourself by touching your own Standees!

Gray Standees are Standees that have been placed by players in the past. Gray Standees are deactivated and cannot be used to revive players. You need to touch them once to activate them.
Crouch by pressing the left analog stick down (L-Stick ↓) and press the X button to place Standees. You can repeatedly place a Standee to change its design, provided you have unlocked other Standee designs.
Placing another Standee in the course will cause the previous Standee to disappear.

Buying Standee Surprises at Poplin Shops in the world map will get you a random Standee. Collect all 144 Standees in the game and complete your collection!

Standees are signs that lets players know that you've visited a specific area within a course. They serve as an alternative means to revive players during a live player shadow's absence.
