Host friend races by hitting the race block in a course in Super Mario Bros Wonder. Read on to learn how to host friend races, the different activities to finish a race depending on each course, and find out if you can join friend races with random players online!

How to Host Friend Races

Hit a Race Block on Certain Courses

Super Mario Bros Wonder - Hit a Race Block

Join your friends on a course with a Race Block and hit it to host a Friend Race. The timer will start when two or more players in the course have hit the Race Block.

Finish the Race

Super Mario Bros Wonder - Reach the Goal

To complete the race, reach the goal pole at the end of the course. In some courses, you'll need to get a Wonder Seed or defeat a Boss to finish.

Achieving first place will reward you with a trophy. You can view the number of trophies other players have earned on the Players screen while inside a friend's room.

Can You Join Friend Races with Randoms?

Can Only Join Friend Races While in a Room

You can only host friend races while in a room with friends. The Race Block will show up when entering a course with a group of friends.
