You can obtain a Wonder Seed by getting the Wonder Flower which can cause a Wonder Effect. Just proceed through the course under Wonder Effect and you will see the Wonder Seed by the end.
The Wonder Flower is hidden within a pumpkin which you can spot as you proceed through the course.
The second Wonder Seed is obtained by clearing the Upshroom Downshroom course.
| Taily's Toxic Pond Wonder Seeds |

Around halfway through Taily's Toxic Pond, you'll find three Tailies on the ceiling near each other. Defeat the three Tailies by swinging using their vines to make the Wonder Flower appear.
After getting the Wonder Flower, you'll find yourself in a multiple-choice quiz challenge. You don't need to answer everything right; you can answer some questions wrong, so long as you get three correct answers before the time limit expires.
You can get the one Wonder Seed in this course by clearing it. Just touch the goal at the end to receive it!

The Wonder Seed is at the end of the Wonder Flower sequence, where you are chased by King Boo. Just survive until the very end; the screen will be constantly moving to the right, so don't fall behind.
You'll find the Wonder Flower behind the door at the rightmost part of the level. It will fall from above as soon as you enter the door.
You can get 1 Wonder Seed for clearing the course. Just touch the goal at the end to receive it!
| Beware of the Rifts Wonder Seeds |

The Wonder Flower in this level is located near the rightmost part of the level; you need to hit the ? Block partially covered by the rift to reveal the Wonder Flower pieces scattering across the area.
You'll need to collect all these Wonder Flower pieces while dealing with this flower's gimmick: a shadow Mario constantly chasing you, and giant POW blocks everywhere. Just keep hitting these POW blocks to scare off the shadow Mario for a time, defeat the other enemies, and clear the obstacles to the pieces.
After you collected all the pieces, the Wonder Seed will appear in the middle of the area for you to collect.
You can get 1 Wonder Seed for clearing the course. Just touch the goal at the end to receive it!

The Wonder Flower is located not far to the right of the checkpoint. When you encounter the box enemies that go up, lure the one near the ? block into hitting it, revealing the flower.
Get through the Wonder Flower sequence where you turn into a slime to get the Wonder Seed.
You can get 1 Wonder Seed for clearing the course. Just touch the goal at the end to receive it!

When you take the Wonder Flower, the floors everywhere will turn slippery. Get to the end of the sequence through these slippery floors to collect the Wonder Seed.
The door to the Wonder Flower will be a bit high and you won't be able to enter it normally. Hop on top of the spike enemy nearby and wait for it to slide to just under the door.
You can get 1 Wonder Seed for clearing the course. Just touch the goal at the end to receive it!

To get the first Wonder Seed, activate the Wonder Flower to activate Wonder Effect and you'll be transformed into a slime. You'll see a flagpole on the way but avoid this and just attach yourself to the ceiling and continue.
By the end, you'll see a green flower attached to a circle. Touch the green flower and the circles will start to rotate. Many more green flowers will appear on the other circles and you should touch all of them to get the Wonder Seed.
You can obtain the second Wonder Seed by completing the course.
A Final Uncharted Area: Poison Ruins

The Wonder Seed is inside the chest at the end of the course, and can be received once you clear the course!

The Wonder Seed will appear once you have collected all 5 Wonder Tokens. Just step on the Exclamation button and the course will start to rotate occasionally .
Activating the button will show all the Wonder Tokens you need to collect so you don't need to worry about finding them.

The Wonder Seed appears when you defeat all of the Piranha Plants above the course. Use the note blocks to jump high and defeat the Piranha Plants.

When you first enter Loyal Poplin's House, the Poplin there will tell you about the missing miners, and hand you a Wonder Seed from a chest to aid you and the Prince on your journey.

After finishing the Wonder Effect and finding the missing Poplin Miners, they will give you a Royal Seed as thanks for rescuing them.

You can purchase a Wonder Seed from the shop for 100 Flower Coins. Buying the Wonder Seed in the shop will help you beat the fifth world quickly, as it will allow you to unlock different courses and levels until you reach the last stage!
