You can find Bowser in Petal Isles after beatings World 4-6 and obtaining the remaining Royal Seeds. Bowser will invite you to his castle afterward, and you can fight him there!
Bowser's Rage Stage: Final Boss Battle Guide
Throughout the final boss fight against Bowser, the floors will move up according to the rhythm, specifically the part where the music shouts "Hey!" or when the arrows on the floor get filled up. Jump during that part to boost yourself in the air and reach Bowser and his hands.
You will be invincible when doing a boosted jump, so be fearless and take down all enemies in the air!
To beat Bowser, you need to hit the switch on his chin 6 times, two each phase. The succeeding phases will make Bowser stronger and more enemies will spawn on the stage!
After hitting the switch on his chin 6 times, another switch will appear on his head and you can tick it to end him and the boss fight, similar to Flying Battleship levels. Climb using the platforms that will appear after that to reach his head!
However, be careful on the way to his head, as there will be lots of enemies and projectiles thrown by Bowser.
Flaming Piranha Plants will spawn on the right once Bowser retreats to the back of the stage. You can dodge the smaller ones by crouching or jumping, but you need to do a boosted jump at the last and large one to evade it!
If you are in the Elephant form or has the Bubble power-up, you can use them to prevent those Piranha Plants from hitting you.
The floors will start splitting into two colors, blue and red, which will move differently from one another in the second phase. Watch out for the arrows as they will indicate when the floors of the same color will start moving up!
You will face hands that throw iron balls in the last phase before Bowser shows the switch on top of his head. Destroy the hands quickly before they throw the ball and possibly hit you!
