Just like other Mario games, players can ride a player Yoshi by simply jumping on its back during local or online co-op play.

Super Mario Wonder - Four Yoshis

In Super Mario Bros Wonder, players can choose to play as four different colored Yoshis during single player and local or online co-op play. Players can choose to play as regular Yoshi, Red Yoshi, Yellow Yoshi or Light Blue Yoshi.

What's more is that they have their own movesets and do not take damage from enemies but can still lose a life when falling down on pits.

Cannot Stack 3 Yoshis

Unfortunately, if you are thinking of letting another Yoshi ride you while you're riding another Yoshi, the game does not allow for 3 Yoshis to ride each other.
