Petal Isles: Special Way of the Goomba is one of the secret levels that you can explore in Special World in Super Mario Bros Wonder. Players need to complete beat World 3 to unlock the rest of the courses in the Petal Isles. Then you'll have to clear stages and get enough Wonder Seeds to unlock the Wiggler Race Spelunking Course.

The first Wonder Seed is found at the end of the course that's close to the goal pole. You'll return to your normal form after touching the Wonder Seed.
The second Wonder Seed can be obtained as a reward for clearing the stage.
The first Purple 10 Coin can be reached by riding the Thwomp upward. When in Goomba form, you can't jump high, so you'll have to get very close to the ceiling before you get off the Thwomp.
Ride the moving Bouncy Platform to reach the second Purple 10 Coin. Be careful not to fall down!
To collect the third Purple 10 Coin, simply step on the colorful bubbles to pop them. After obtaining the Purple 10 Coin, quickly move to the other side to avoid falling into the pit.
Dash to gain momentum and jump on the edge, then do a Boosting Spin Jump to reach the top of the goal pole.
