Portside: Plant Science is located on the northwest corner of Hell's Kitchen, near the docks.

Investigate Portside Garden

After starting the mission, look to your left and examine the dirty puddle. This will pull up an Atoms puzzle with the goal of destroying corrupted atoms to find out what the molecule really is.

Your objective is to destroy all corrupted atoms (pink nodes) without damaging the essential atoms (green nodes). Take note that whenever you destroy a node, all other nodes directly linked to it will be destroyed as well.

The puzzle will be completed once all eight corrupted atoms are gone.

Retrieve a Specimen from the Portside Docks

Now, you need to get a fish from the Portside Docks that is immune from the pathogen.

Reach the next objective marker and wait for a fish on one of the poles. Be sure to move your camera so that you're looking on the waters below. These fishes are easy to miss.

An L1 + R1 prompt will eventually pop up, indicating that a fish is within yanking range. This might take a few tries as not all of them have immunity.

Once you've secured a specimen, return to the EMF terminal and modify it through another tile linking puzzle. Follow the piece placement shown on the table above to complete the puzzle and the EMF Experiment mission!
