Emily-May Foundation is a bonus EMF Experiment mission that only appears after completing the first eight EMF Experiments and completing the main story. The marker for this mission will then appear at the southeast section of Astoria.

Enter the garage and check the box Norman sent containing some plants and a flash drive. You will automatically take the drive from the box that you can plug into the EMF terminal next to you.

One last gene-splice, huh. Complete the tile linking puzzle by following the solution above to complete the mission. Aside from the XP and token rewards, you will also receive the Life Story Suit!
