Hand Over the Formula! Quest Guide

Hand Over the Formula! Quest Location
Go to the Bullquet Temporary Observation Camp
Hand Over the Formula! is located at the Bullquet Temporary Observation Camp, in the Breezy Meadow region of the Heartcraft Kingdom. Since you can't teleport there directly, you can head to Meadow Wharf and rent a Whimcycle to bike west towards the camp.

To unlock this quest, you'll need to complete the Go to the Dream Warehouse! quest first. Once you've done that, you'll need to complete Bullquet, Perk Up! next to unlock this quest, along with all the other quests in the Bullquet Care Day Event.

Hand Over the Formula! Walkthrough
Change the Time to Night
Before you can start this quest, you'll need to change the time to night, which is around 22:00 - 04:00. To do this, you can either interact with the small light in front of the tent, or you can use Run, Pear-Pal to manually change the time.
If you use Run, Pear-Pal, remember to enable "Skip" at the bottom so that you don't have to play through the mini-game.
Interact With the Tent
Once it's nighttime, interact with the tent to talk to the Bullquet Enthusiast inside. They will have a new aroma formula that you can use in the Soothing Aroma Vial, but you'll need to correctly answer some questions first.

To get the new aroma formula for the Soothing Aroma Vial, you'll need to pass the Bullquet Enthusiast's Test. The first part of the test will have you answering 2 questions so make sure to explore the camp and read any books you find to learn the answers for the test.
Give the Enthusiast 3 Foodie Bees
After correctly answering their quiz, you'll be tasked with giving them 3 Foodie Bees next. If you don't have them already, you can go to the Map and use the material tracker to find the nearest Foodie Bees to catch.
Once you've given the 3 bees to the enthusiast, they'll give you the new formula, that uses an equal amount of two to three material types, for you to use in the Soothing Aroma Vial!
Foodie Bee Locations
Foodie Bees can be found everywhere in Miraland. Make sure to go to your Ability Outfit menu and equip your Bug Catching outfit to capture these bugs!
Don't Need to Complete Quest to Use the Formula
As a note, you don't need to complete the quest to use the new formula. If you try using the formula in the Soothing Aroma Veil before finishing this quest, you can already get the brown and dark red colour for the Bullquet.
