During the Rescue at the Wishball Field main quest, give Morimoda the Twinmoon Cure-All Potion, who praises Lord Chigda for their health after recovering.
Morimoda will give you the Wish Master's Sketch afterwards.

Approach the Temple of Wishes, where Momo successfully lures the Paladins away from the entrance. Use your Shrinking ability to slip inside and confront the Wish Master.
Present the Sketch to him and he will trade you with the Key to the Cavern Prison in exchange.
