Talk to Director Boboda once you're ready to begin the Styling Challenge in the Target! Wish Inspection Center!.
In the wardrobe, apply the Cool filter, then sort your clothes by Score. Try to aim for a Styling Score of at least 10,000 points.

Give the Auditing Station Access Permit to Shada, which will give you access to the Auditing Station.
Note that you need to use the shrinking ability of the Starlet Burst Outfit to enter the Auditing Station.
