When purified and defeated, Trick-o-Bag has a chance to drop Wings Fabric. You can purify Esselings with the Winds of Purity Ability Outfit, which allows Nikki to fire orbs to defeat them.

Enemies respawn at 4 AM during each daily reset, so you can get this monster drop every day.
