Observation: Making Wishes is located at Stoneville, specifically on the bridge that protrudes out of the Flamecrest Stonetree, facing southeast! Simply teleport to the Flamecrest Stonetree, then walk all the way to the bridge until you see Aventura standing at the other side!

The correct answer is A Wish Lantern, as people from Stonegate only use Wish Cranes and Wish Bottles commonly, while Wish Wreaths are tribute to the Silvergale.
