When purified and defeated, Spear Sack has a chance to drop Tricky Patch. You can purify Esselings with the Winds of Purity Ability Outfit, which allows Nikki to fire orbs to defeat them.

Enemies respawn at 4 AM during each daily reset, so you can get this monster drop every day.

In Florawish, you can locate Spear Sack enemies by teleporting to the Secret Base Warp Spire.

Hug the hillside area until you spot a Spear Sack sprouting from the ground.
