Observation: Meadow Wharf is located at Breezy Meadow, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. You can get to Meadow Wharf from the Meadow Activity Support Center Warp Spire. if you're coming from the west, or from the Queen's Palace Ruins Entrance Warp Spire from the east.
