Observation: Activity Center Quest Location

Go to Breezy Meadow

Observation: Activity Center is located at Breezy Meadow, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. From the Meadow Activity Support Center Warp Spire, head east to the roundabout to speak with Aventura.

Similarly, you can head south from Cicia Art Academy Field Base Warp Spire to find Aventura and the Activity Center.

To start the quest, approach Aventura and speak to him.

Pick Five

He will ask you a trivia question about the nearby Activity Center: ''How many balloons float above the roof of the Meadow Activity Support Center?''

Pick Five as your answer to complete the quest and receive your reward.

Check the Balloons

To check your answer, you can walk towards the Activity Center and check out the balloons floating above the building.

Make sure not to get confused with the balloons tied to the entrance arch!
