Luzzu and Gatta's Fate

One is Meant to Die

FFX Luzzu and Gatta
During Operation Mi'ihen. You will meet the 2 crusaders called Luzzu and Gatta. They are the ones who taught you about the crusaders. You will also be able to encounter them several times in this part of the game in cutscenes.

How to Save Luzzu?

Talk to Luzzu Before Riding the Elevator

When heading to the camp, you will encounter Luzzu and Gatta arguing near the elevator. Talk to them to see a scene about Luzzu and Chappu. This is necessary if you want to save Luzzu.

Tell Gatta to Fight

FFX Luzzu and Gatta
During Operation Mi'ihen, Gatta will be tasked to stay behind and protect the Command Center. The player can convince Gatta to fight. If Gatta Fights, Gatta dies and Luzzu survives and Luzzu dies if Gatta stays behind.
