O'aka is a traveling merchant that you will first encounter in the S.S. Liki. He will be asking for donations and will provide discounts to you in the future based on the amount of Gil donated.

0-100 Gil Prices increased by 100%
101-1000 Gil Prices increased by 50%
1001-10000 Prices increased by 20%
10001 or more Prices reduced by 30%

These price changes are available until operation Mi'ihen.

Macalania Woods Price

There will be an instance in the Macalania Woods where he will ask about the price of his wares. Answer yes and the prices will also get reduced by 25%.
