FF XII Mandragoras
There are 5 mandragoras that will fight(?) you simultaneously. Their attack pattern cycles from running way, healing themselves, and then coming back to deal with your party.

Strategy

FF XII Mandragoras boss fight
Be sure to keep away from the Mandragoras when they run. This will make them focus all their attacks on that lone party member who chases after them. Aside from that, there is no strategy required to deal with the Mandragoras. They're just a really annoying mob with nasty status ailments to inflict on the party. Having a White Mage with Esuna and Raise enabled will win you the battle without much fuss.
