What is AP

Used to Gain Sphere Level

FFX Using the Sphere Grid
Ap is the equivalent of experience points in FFX. Gaining AP will allow you to gain Sphere Level.

How to get AP

FFX Gaining AP
Ap can be obtained normally by having characters participate in battle and stay alive. This can be easilly achieved by player swapping. Actions the characters can use to participate in battle includes the following:

  • Attacking
  • Defending
  • Changing equipment
  • Using abilities or casting spells.
