Weapon & Armor Slots Drops depicts the amount of possible slots the enemy's equipment drops will have while the Ability Drops depicts the possible amount of abilities the dropped weapon may have.
Geosgaeno 1 Boss Battle Guide
On your first battle with Geosgaeno. Each of its attacks will deal around 50% of your current HP. Don't bother using healing potions as the battle will end quickly with Tidus running away.
Geosgaeno 2 Boss Battle Guide
Preparation
| Weapons | Weapons with elemental modifiers (fire strike, water strike etc). |

Moveset
| KO Punch | Inflicts instant death to a party member. |
|---|---|
| Stone Punch | Inflicts Petrification. |
| Swallow | Traps one of your party members inside Geosgaeno. |
| Regurgitate | Exhales swallowed target. Kills the swallowed party member if it doesn't struggle damages the rest of the party = swallowed party member's HP - 1 if it struggles. |
Being petrified while underwater will immediately shatter your character.
Strategy
Immediately use Chocobo Wing/ Hastega to speed up the party and make Tidus spam Quick Hit. Gaeosgaeno has high defense but low HP so the battle will end quickly with elemental weapons.
Make sure not to kill Gaeosgaeno when a party member is swallowed or Gaeosgaeno will deal 9999 Damage to the whole party. This can be avoided with Hyper Mighty G Overdrive from Rikku's Mix.
