Azure Wavebreaker is an Event Character Retrieval featuring Qing, a powerful Destruction character, the leader of the Bureau of Oversight & Integrity at the CangLin municipal government, and a member of WeiShi.
For every 10 pulls, the event guarantees at least one 4-star or 5-star character, and every 70 pulls guarantees at least one 5-star character. When a 5-star character is pulled, there’s a 70% chance it will be the exclusive 5-star character.
Time-Seeking Keys are required to pull from this banner.

A soft pity system activates after failing to obtain a 5-star character for 40 consecutive pulls, doubling the probability of getting a 5-star character in subsequent pulls. The probability continues to increase until the 70th pull, which triggers hard pity, guaranteeing a 5-star character.
Once you obtain a 5-star character, there’s a 70% chance it will be the featured character of this banner. If not, you’ll receive one of the standard 5-star characters included in the banner. The probability resets after you obtain a 5-star character.

Qing is an exceptionally strong DPS who wields a long-handled sword in battle. Her skills allow her to deal continuous damage to hordes of enemies, making her highly effective for crowd control. She can also inflict significant damage on single targets.
Qing can also fully capitalize on Asti’s buffs, especially the one that increases water damage.

In Azure Wavebreaker, you’ll have a higher chance of pulling Xin, Asti, and Ming. Similar to the 5-star characters, whenever you obtain a 4-star character, there’s a 70% chance it will be one of the rate-up characters and a 30% chance it will be a non–rate-up character.
