Holy Oath Blossoms is an Event Character Retrieval featuring Florence, the Duchess of the Florentine Family, and a powerful Destruction character in Black Beacon. Every 10 pulls guarantees at least 1 4-Star or 5-Star character, and every 70 attempts guarantee at least 1 5-Star character. If a player pulls a 5-star character, there's a 70% chance of it being the featured character.

If you don't get a 5-star character after 40 consecutive pulls, soft pity kicks in and the probability doubles, before increasing further every 5 pulls until you make your 70th pull. At your 70th pull, hard pity activates and you are guaranteed to get a 5-star character.
However, you have to pass a 70/30 coinflip to get the featured 5-star character. If you win, you get Florence. If you don't, you get one of the standard 5-star characters featured in the banner. The probability resets when you get a 5-star character.
TIme Seeking Seals and Lost-Time Seals
Every time you get a 5-Star weapon from this banner, you will get 7 Time-Seeking Seals, which can be used to buy more keys from the Time-Seeking Shop. Meanwhile, each 4-Star weapon gives 2 Time-Seeking Seals, and every 3-Star Weapon gives 10 Lost Time Seals (which are used at the Lost-Time Store instead).

Florence is one of the best DPS units the game has to offer at launch, being capable of dealing high amounts of damage with a relatively simple skill rotation. She works well even with just 1 copy; any further copies only serve to further strengthen an already strong character.

In Holy Oath Blossoms, players have a higher chance of pulling Hephae, Enki, and Wushi. Just like with 5-star characters, whenever you get a 4-star character, the banner does a 70/30 coinflip, with a 70 percent chance of getting one of the rate-up characters and a 30% chance of getting one of the non-rate up characters instead.
