| Faction | Eme-an |
| Birthday | April 2, Year 33 |
| Background | |
| The most prominent antiquities restorer in the history of Eme-an, she possesses unrivaled knowledge and is Enki's elder sister. She holds the answers to questions from both the past and present, rendering the world devoid of secrets to her. Known for her composed and understated demeanor, she remains unimpressed by anything in the world except her brother Enki. Having ventured into the Library of Babel with Enki, she prepares herself to never return to the ordinary world. | |
| First Story |
|---|
| Ninsar Tasny, a member of Eme-an, served as an antiquities restorer at the Babel Library, renowned for her exceptional restoration skills. Unlike her eccentric brother, Ninsar is composed and reserved, displaying a maturity beyond her age. Most of the time, she dilligently works in her workshop, methodically completing the regular restoration commissions sent by the Babel Library. Ninsar and Enki's relationship is somewhat complex. Though they are siblings, their personalities are starkly different; they often quarrel but remain inseparable. After Enki embarked on his journey into the endless rooms of the Babel Library, Ninsar followed in his footsteps with the Golem, Me, and disappeared into the library's infinite chambers. |
| Second Story |
|---|
| In the talent-laden Eme-an, most members prefer to focus their energies on exploring the countless mysteries of the Babel Library rather than fixing broken items. As a result, Ninsar's restoration talent was not discovered by Eme-an until she was ten years old. The discovery happened during an accidental argument. Enki and Ninsar were debating whether the grains of sand in an hourglass were even or odd in number. In their quarrel, they accidentally knocked over the director's desk, shattering an entire row of hourglasses. The director, who came to investigate the noise, did not scold them harshly but instead asked them to repair the broken hourglasses. Both set to work, finishing almost simultaneously, but their results were worlds apart - Enki not only repaired the hourglass but also added a gravity model that could measure time, set alarms, and predict the calendar. Meanwhile, Ninsar restored the hourglass to its exact state two hours prior, down to every scratch and grain of sand, even recreating the pressure marks from before it broke. This incident made the director notice the extraordinary skill hidden beneath Ninsar's unique gaze. Whether it was creating inventions out of thin air or meticulously restoring objects, both talents should not be overlooked. The next day, the director brought Ninsar to a workshop called "Ziggurat". "Child, this workshop contains all the repair tools within the Babel Library. You can restore anything that interests you here. There are no rules to restrict you, feel free to use your ingenuity." "However, I am curious," the Librarian paused, "why did you restore the hourglass to its shattered state? Isn't that more laborious?" Director, thank you for your kindness... but what I did wasn't really a repair. I only restored the hourglass to a state it was 57 minutes and 15 seconds ago," "Because repair is a very vague concept, I'm not sure what it means to fix an hourglass. Does it mean allowing sand to flow through a specific shape of glass or restoring it to a specific point in time... To be honest, I don't think I'm capable of doing either." Despite Ninsar's doubts, the director smiled and handed over the workshop to her, posting a sign that read "Ziggurat Repair Shop Reopened." The feedback from Ninsar's repairs was overwhelmingly positive, though there were occasional bizarre complaints: "The model turned into a lump of iron and stone!", "The repaired charger works without being plugged in," and "The fixed chair fell apart the moment I sat on it! |
| Third Story |
|---|
| "So why do you always want me to play this ancient board game? Surely, you have more important things to do, Enki." "No particular reason. Unless, of course, you're afraid of losing to me, dear sister?" "Roll the dice and let's begin." Ninsar rolled the diice, setting the game in motion. "The essence of a board game lies in its simplest rules, formed by mathematical models. Using probability and game theory, you can derive the optimal strategy. The game itself is almost meaningless, like playing rock-paper-scissors... Don't tell me you can't see that move, Enki." Although Ur originated in the ancient era of Obed, its rules are straightforward, much like the modern board game "Ludo". Players take turns rolling dice, placing pieces on the board when a specific number is rolled, and moving them to designated positions. The first player of move all their pieces to the end wins. It's a leisurely game that balances luck and strategy. "Since you know the answer, can you predict who will win this game?" "Of course not... I can only deduce that my chances of winning are about fifty percent." "Exactly! The unpredictability of the outcome gives the game its meaning! The optimal strategy isn't important; no one knows the result until the game ends! So, just play with me, silly sister." "... You have a twisted sense of fun." The game continued, intense and relentless. As the match neared its end, it was a close call, with both sides down to their last piece and victory hinging on a single roll of the dice. As the sound of the rolling dice faded, Lady Luck made her choice. "How... how is this possible?! How can someone roll the highest number three times in a row? This is so unfair! Even extreme outliers under the law of large numbers can't be this outrageous. What kind of luck is this!" Ninsar exclaimed. "Luck is merely a manifestation of probability. Being surprised by this shows your foolishness." "You say you're not surprised! When you rolled the highest number, your smile almost turned into a crescent moon!" "If you're so dissatisfied, let's play another round." |
| Fourth Story |
|---|
| Unlike Enki, who seemed to have endless inspiration, Ninsar left behind very few inventions. According to Eme-an's records, only one is noted - the stone collosus "Mer." "How do I stop Enki from embarking on the Journey of No Return?" Ninsar pondered this question once again as she watched the hunched figure of the director. Ninsar knew that Enki was an unparalled genius, not just of the Eme-an, but of their era. After the director stepped down, it was inevitable that her brother would disregard the expectations of others and continue to unleash his boundless curiosity, charging headlong into the Path of No Return. At that point, even Nanna wouldn't be able to stop him. The only solution was for Ninsar herself to become the director and personally stop her brother. Thus, Ninsar declined all restoration commissions and moved into Ziggurat, using all the foresight she could muster to begin her first invention. Stacks of fertile clay bricks lay before her. Molds, rollers, wheels, and flies... Ninsar worked day and night. The black soil of the fertile land gradually took shape, eventually resembling a human. The humanoid Golem knelt. In Delphi's mythic era, there was a metal giant named Talos, with a body cast in bronze, eyes formed from gold, muscles from silver, and bones from black iron. The dark giant remained silent. In a future so distant that Ninsar could barely forsee it, humans would imbue these creations with wisdom, allowing them to seek the final answers in an endless world on behalf of humanity. The giant, like a swaddled infant, bowed its head slightly, quietly watching the girl beneath it. To Ninsar, wisdom was essentially a form of statistics. As long as it answered every question posed to it, people would acknowledge its wisdom and intellect. She would provide the giant with answers, an overwhelming number of answers beyond human comprehension. "Then, your name shall be... Me." |

| Recommended Ancient Marks for Ninsar |

| - Hushforge Gleam - Vulcan's Anvil - Shining Star Stats to Focus On: - HP |
| Ancient Mark Layout |
![]() |
Ninsar's gameplan revolves around quickly activating her 2nd skill to grant her team shields then dipping out. Since her shield and her Talent Lvl. 2 scales with HP, look to prioritize Ancient Marks to maximize the value of both her shield and her ATK buff. You can opt to add any relevant stats as her secondary stats like ATK, Critical Hit Rate, and Critical Damage to upgrade her DPS.
Hushforge Gleam synergizes with her 2nd skill and further improves her already impressive team-wide shields and ATK buffs by 7.2% and 4.8% respectively. Vulcan's Anvil also improves her overall shields by 9% which is also a must-have to strengthen her kit. Lastly, consider taking Shining Star as another since pairing it with her longer rotation can mean more activations of her UItimate skill.
This Ancient Mark recommendation was made based on the assumption that all characters involved have the 5-star version of their weapons.

| Skill | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Tower Restorer | Prioritize upgrading this skill to enhance the effectiveness of Ninsar's shield. |
| Crush to Mud | Ninsar's first skill. Players will mostly use this to charge her second skill. |
| Molded Shield | Ninsar's second skill. This is required to activate her passive ability. |
| Universal Remold | Hold off on upgrading this skill in the early game. If you have unlocked her Talents, Potentials, and her 5-star weapon, this skill can inflict heavy damage on enemies. |
| Carve and Polish | Ninsar's basic attack. It is not necessary to upgrade, but it can provide an additional damage boost in the late game. |
| Omiscient Observation | It is not necessary to upgrade; it only increases the damage of her second skill during Burst State. |
The skills listed here have been arranged in order of priority, with the topmost skill being highest priority.
In the early game, players are recommended to fully upgrade Ninsar's passive skill to enhance her shield's damage absorption capability. Other skills, such as her first and second skills, as well as her basic attack, can also be upgraded to maximize her damage output.
However, in the late game, players can start upgrading her ultimate to deal a heavy burst of damage to her enemies, especially those suffering from the Elemental Anomaly, Erosion.

Hephae
|
Ninsar and Hephae will provide defensive boosts and healing to Florence. Use Hephae's second and first skills to provide additional damage resistance to your team. Switch in Ninsar to add a party-wide shield to further augment the team's defense. Florence will benefit from Ninsar's shield and Hephae's damage resistance buff, allowing her to deal damage to enemies without worrying too much about enemy attacks.
After a few rotations, their ultimates will be charged. Queue their ultimates by pressing their ultimate icons consecutively to deal tons of damage to enemies. There is no specific order for the rotation, but it is recommended to start with Ninsar if Erosion is active.
Unlocking Ninsar's Talent 2 and Potentials 2 and 6 and Hephae's Talent 4 provides better defensive and offensive buffs to Florence.
| Character | Explanation |
|---|---|
Logos | Breaker Logos and Ninsar can effectively protect the team's carry with their Notes and shield. Make sure to unlock Logos' Talent 2 to enable the healing capability of her Notes. |
Asti | Assist Though Ninsar can heal the team by unlocking her 6th potential, Asti is a great early-game option for HP restoration. Each character creates a zone where any frontline units can receive healing and a damage barrier. |
Li Chi | Destruction Since casting Li Chi's skills requires HP, Ninsar can improve his survival on the battlefield by giving him shield. You can even add another Thunder character like Azi or Viola to quickly inflict the Thunderclap State on enemies. |

Instead of using a Destruction-type unit, you will rely on Ninsar for burst damage. Start the rotation with Zero to enhance the team's ATK. After that, switch to Azi to decrease the enemy's damage resistance. Once buffs are applied to the team and debuffs to enemies, switch to Ninsar and activate her shield. If players are quick enough to activate each character's buffs, they can activate them again before they expire.
Make sure that Zero and Asti's skills are active and that Ninsar's Dark Elemental Anomaly, Erosion, is activated before casting her ultimate skill to maximize her damage output.
This team requires fully upgraded and optimized characters. Though it needs a significant investment, Ninsar can effectively become the team's main damage dealer through the number of buffs and debuffs that each character can provide.

Since Zero and Shamash were available in Black Beacon from the get-go, you can prioritize pulling Ninsar for additional buffs. Like the Florence team, Zero will start with her ATK buff, then switch to Ninsar for her shield. Once all buffs are active, switch to Shamash to deal with enemies. Make sure to quickly activate his passive, Law Embodiment, to fully utilize the buffs provided by Ninsar and Zero.
| Strengths | |||
|---|---|---|---|
|
• Can act as a support and DPS unit, depending on build. • Can tank enemy attacks. |
|||
| Weaknesses | |||
| • Talents, Potentials, Ancient Marks, and 5-star weapon must be unlocked to access her full potential. |
Ninsar is a versatile character who can both provide buffs and deal high damage to enemies. With her shield, your team can tank enemy hits.
However, unlocking her DPS potential can be quite cumbersome, as it requires maxing out her character level, acquiring duplicate characters, and obtaining her 5-star weapon.
The priority of Ninsar's gameplay loop is to charge her second skill and activate her passive, which generates a shield within a specific area. This can be quickly done by casting her first skill and basic attack combo three times. After that, switch to another character that can benefit from her shield. Once you have accumulated enough charge for her ultimate, cast it immediately or queue it with your other team's ultimates.
To charge her second skill, you can quickly cast Ninsar's first skill and basic attack three times. Make sure to execute her basic attack right after casting her first skill.
All attacks must hit an enemy to accumulate the necessary charge for her second skill.
If you successfully charge up her second skill, cast it. In addition to damaging enemies over a wide area, this will activate her passive, Tower Restorer, which generates a circular barrier over the battlefield that provides a shield for the frontline characters for 15 seconds.
Ninsar's Shield or Mei's Blessing is represented by the blue bar on the frontline character's HP bar.
Once you have cast her first and second skills, you can switch out to another character, as they will receive the shield buff as well.
After a few rotations, cast Ninsar's ultimate. If all your team members have their ultimates charged up, queue them to deal a quick burst of damage.
If Ninsar is fully upgraded and the target is suffering from Erosion, prioritize using her ultimate skill first to deal heavy damage.
| Combo |
|---|
| Crush to Mud + Basic Attack Combo (Two Times) → Molded Shield → Switch Character |
It is necessary to activate Ninsar's Talent 1 for this combo. Once unlocked, you only need to cast her first skill and basic attack combo twice to charge her second skill. After that, you can switch to a DPS unit or another support.
| Combo |
|---|
| Omniscient Observation → Crush to Mud + Basic Attack Combo (Optional) → Switch Character |
Ninsar can instantly activate her passive ability through her Burst State. In the early game, it is better to switch to another character to deal with the enemies while benefiting from her shield's effect. However, the Crush to Mud + Basic Attack combo can also be used in the late game if Ninsar is the main damage dealer.
| Potential | Explanation |
|---|---|
| P2 | Prioritize unlocking this potential, as it increases Ninsar's passive duration by 20 seconds and enhances its ATK buff. |
| P3 | This potential adds a 20% defense boost to characters while her passive is active. |
| P1 | It is also necessary to unlock this potential because it enhances Ninsar's shield by up to 10% for 15 seconds with every hit from her Golem. This potential can only stack two times. |
| P6 | It is not necessary to unlock, but it is useful for keeping the team alive by healing them after her passive ends. |
| P5 | This potential increases her Golem's damage by 15%. Though not useful in the early game, it can boost Ninsar's damage output later on. |
Some potentials were removed due to only being useful for Skill Enhancement or are still being assessed.

Me." |

This is purely advice but you should make a tier list for the case of when they have Signature weapon too. For example currently the best Debuffer in game is Ninser with her Signature weapon. She will def down everyone by simply attack. This takes 1 second of skill 1 > Basic Attack and switch out. Now all enemies she attack has def down by 20%. Meanwhile Azi needs to build up 100 Firepower Value which takes time. This mean current both premium and best F2P debuffer is Ninsar S1.
