Imperial Blacksmith is one of the playable and unlockable classes in Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven. See how to unlock Imperial Blacksmith, its ability, and the formation it will unlock when selected as Emperor.

To unlock the Imperial Blacksmith class, finish the Pride of the Fabri Family quest, which requires finding five rare ores. These can be located in the Ludon Highlands, Salamat, Melu Desert, Mt. Comroon, and Termite Den.

To unlock the Smithy ability, defeat 30 enemies after annexing at least one territory to activate the feature to learn abilities. This grants passive buffs from the ability. To master Smithy, defeat an additional 30 enemies once the feature to master abilities is available after annexing seven territories. Mastery allows Smithy to be equipped across any class.

To gain access to the Iron Forge formation, appoint Imperial Blacksmith as the Emperor. Afterward, visit the Training Hall and speak to the Soldier NPC to unlock this new formation.
