How to Unlock Automaton

Visit Hiraga in Somon after Completing Mystery of the Canal

Romancing Saga 2 - Coppelia Automaton
Complete the quests Constructing the Leon Bridge and The Mystery of the Canal then visit Hiraga in Somon to unlock the Automaton class. If the quest doesn’t trigger, you may need to advance to the next generation first.

Can Learn and Master Poker Face

Ability Classification Effect
Romancing Saga 2 - Poker Face Poker Face Defense Completely ignores all status ailments and debuff.

To unlock the Poker Face ability, defeat 30 enemies after annexing at least one territory to activate the feature to learn abilities. This grants passive buffs from the ability. To master Poker Face, defeat an additional 30 enemies once the feature to master abilities is available after annexing seven territories. Mastery allows Poker Face to be equipped across any class.

Additional Effect-
Formation DescriptionA formation built upon Coppelia's strategic suggestions. The retinue's status ailment resistance is greatly increased.

To gain access to the Puppet Army formation, appoint Automaton as the Emperor. Afterward, visit the Training Hall and speak to the Soldier NPC to unlock this new formation.
