How to Unlock Strategist

Build the Imperial University and Defeat Bokohn

To unlock the Strategist class, construct the Imperial University and speak with the Strategist. Travel to The Steppe to start the Taking Out the Landship quest, agreeing to help the Nomads destroy the Landship. Afterward, return to the University, request the Strategist's assistance, and follow the questline. Defeating Bokhon at the end will unlock both the Strategist and Nomad classes.

Strategist Ability

Can Learn and Master Spell Damage +

Spell Damage +	Attack	Increases damage dealt by spells by 10%.

To unlock the Spell Damage + ability, defeat 30 enemies after annexing at least one territory to activate the feature to learn abilities. This grants passive buffs from the ability. To master Spell Damage +, defeat an additional 30 enemies once the feature to master abilities is available after annexing seven territories. Mastery allows Spell Damage + to be equipped across any class.

Can Learn Rising Phoenix Formation

Formation Description	The center unit is the focus of enemy attacks, but has increased defense and shield block rate in return.

To gain access to the Rising Phoenix formation, appoint Strategist as the Emperor. Afterward, visit the Training Hall and speak to the Soldier NPC to unlock this new formation.
