This is a walkthrough for The Last Emperor in Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven. Read on for the story walkthrough, locations of Mr. S, and the locations of the Memories of the Seven Heroes in The Last Emperor.

| 1 |  Once you play as the Last Emperor and have defeated the Termite Queen, the Real Queen's event will proceed. This event will begin once the Last Emperor sits on the throne. Once it begins, the people in Avalon will turn to Termites and once the Enemy Strength reaches 24 or higher, the whole town will be infested by Termites. |
| * | If your Enemy Strength Level is higher than 24, we highly recommend not sitting on the throne as not only will this progress the quest which turns the town to termites, it will also kill your existing Imperial Guard which will skip your Imperial Guard units by 1 generation. |
| * | Make sure to equip the Hypnosis and Pheromones evasion skill to your Retinue (if you have it) as the Real Queen will be using these to charm and make your party members fall asleep during the fight. |
| 2 | Head to the Avalon Catacombs. |

 Exit the Throne Room. |

 Head to the Avalon Castle's basement. |
| 5 |
 From the basement, head to the Sewer area. |
| 6 |
 Head to the Avalon Cemetery. |
| 7 |  Head through the Avalon Cemetery and into the Termite Nest. |
| 8 |  Head to the deepest part of the nest to find the queen. Be sure to also pick up the Sunlight Robe along the way. |
| 9 |  Weakness: Sword, Greatsword, Axe, Water. Resistance: Darkness. Also vulnerable to stun. |

| 1 | If there are side quests or events that you haven't accomplished yet that can be done as the Last Emperor, go ahead and complete all of them first. |
| 2 | Be sure to also collect all the Mr.S in the world. There are a total of 49 of them and alll of their locations should be accessible or unlockable at this stage of the game. ▶ All MR. S Locations |
| 3 | Collect all the Memories of the Seven Heroes. Similar to Mr.S, you can get all of the 15 Memories of the Seven Heroes during this stage of the game. Collecting all of them allows you to fight the phantoms of the Seven Heroes near the endgame and obtain the strongest gear in the game. ▶ All Memories of the Seven Heroes |

| 6 | You can also head to the Goblin Hideaway and head to the deepest part of the area to find the Goblin Stone Statue. |

| 1 | You'll need to head to the Sealed Cave again to battle Kzinssie. Be sure to add the Soulsteal evasion to all of your Retinue members. The Terror Voice evasion tech will also prove useful for the Sealed Cave. The Flashfire Fusion spell also works great for this dungeon. |
| 2 |  Head to the Sealed Cave. |
| 3 |  Head to the area with the pillars on the central area of the cave to use the teleporter. Behind the warping point is a lootable Obsidian so take that first before teleporting. |
| * |  Loot the Tiger Armor as you go through the first area. |
| * |  Take the Black Galadriel as well. |
| 4 |  You can find Kzinssie at the deepest part of the Sealed Cave. Once you've reached him, be prepared for a series of battles against his minions and him. |

| 1 |  Complete Victor's Ghost event before heading to the Great Icefield. Talk to the maid in the left room on the throne room to progress the event. |
| 2 | Rest in your bedchambers. |
| 3 | Talk to Victor's ghost in the 3F room and choose “Ok” to battle his phantom. Weakness: Greatsword, Spear, Bow, Martial Arts. |
| 4 | After defeating Victor, you'll learn his ability Perennial Victim which allows that unit to be targeted more frequently. Additionally, inspect the red light in the area to get the Intaglio Ring. |
| 5 | When heading to the last dungeon, let's equip some evasion techs that will be useful against the Seven Heroes such as Soul Steal. Additionally, learning the Hasten Spell to keep your team's turn rate faster than the enemy which can be great against Bokhohn's dolls. |
| 6 | Now exit to the worldmap and teleport to the Great Icefield. |
| 7 |  At the center of the Great Icefield, there's a short detour you can take to the lower right path where you can get a Dash Ring. |
| 8 |  You can also get a Wing Ring near the exit to the south. |
| 9 | Exit the Great Icefield to enter the Last Dungeon. |

| 1 |  After entering the last dungeon, it will start appearing on the world map so you can return to it at anytime. |
| 2 |  Head to the bottom most section of the first floor. |
| 3 |  At the end of the path, you'll encounter Vritra. Weakness: Greatsword, Spear, Martial Arts. |
| 4 |  After defeating Vritra, head to the bottom most area of the second floor. |
| 5 |  You'll need to defeat the Insect Queen at the bottom of the 2nd floor to proceed. Weakness: Shortsword, Spear, Axe, Bow Resists: Fire, Water, Wind, Light, Dark |
| 6 |   At the bottom of the 3rd floor, you'll fight Diablo. Weakness: Greatsword, Martial Arts, Earth Resists: Dark |
| 7 | Head to the last floor after defeating Diablo. |
| 8 |  At the final area, you'll encounter the Seven Hero that you haven't defeated yet as the last enemy. In this guide, Noel is the last Seven Hero we'll need to beat. |
| 9 |  Defeat Noel to progress further. Weakness: Shortsword, Water, Earth, Darkness. Melee attacks area easily countered so use ranged moves. |
| 10 | After winning the fight against the last hero, you'll be able to unlock a 5 combo United Attack. |
| 11 | Before proceeding further, make sure that your characters have equipped the Temptation and Soul Steal evasion technique. Hasten time and Revive are also great so make sure your units have it too. |
| 12 |  Once you're ready, choose “Let's go”. This is a point of no return! |
| 13 |  You'll need to defeat the amalgamation of the Seven Heroes. Weakness: Shortsword, Water, Earth, Wind, Darkness. Its number of attacks increases for every turn but gets reduced to 3-5 turns after the 8th turn and onwards. |
| 14 | It will change its weaknesses using Abyss Gate from the 8th turn onwards and every 5th turn. It will also not take damage from any attacks not aiming at its weaknesses. |
| 15 | When its HP is less than 40% it will switch its phase and use a 7 hit combo. Try to defeat the Seven Heroes by then, if not possible, play defensively and revive your fallen characters and replenish your resources. |
| 16 | Weakness List per Barrier Change ・Noel - Shortsword, Water, Earth ・Subier - Sword, Axe, Spear, Shortsword, Fire, Wind ・Dantarg - Axe, Spear, Shortsword, Bow, Martial Arts, Fire, Wind. |
| 17 | After defeating the seven heroes, the empire's revenue will increase. |
| 18 | Reload your save data to complete one last chapter. |
