The title class is available right from the start. Just visit the Tavern to change your retinue and add title to your team.

Heavy Infantry Ability

Can Learn and Master Auto-Parry

Ability	Classification	Effect
Auto-Parry	Defense	Grants 40% chance to parry attacks while equipped with a sword.

To unlock the Auto-Parry ability, defeat 30 enemies after annexing at least one territory to activate the feature to learn abilities. This grants passive buffs from the ability. To master Auto-Parry, defeat an additional 30 enemies once the feature to master abilities is available after annexing seven territories. Mastery allows Auto-Parry to be equipped across any class.

Formation Description	Three units step forward to guard the middle and rear. Enemy attacks focus on the frontmost units, whose defense is increased.

To gain access to the Imperial Shield formation, appoint Heavy Infantry as the Emperor. Afterward, visit the Training Hall and speak to the Soldier NPC to unlock this new formation.
