Develop the Incantations Lab

The title class becomes available after you develop the Incantations Lab. Speak to the pair of Freelance Mages in the Terrology Room.

Freelance Mage (M) Ability

Can Learn and Master Resplendence

Resplendence	B.P.	Recovers 5% of total BP when delivering a successful basic attack.

To unlock the Resplendence ability, defeat 30 enemies after annexing at least one territory to activate the feature to learn abilities. This grants passive buffs from the ability. To master Resplendence, defeat an additional 30 enemies once the feature to master abilities is available after annexing seven territories. Mastery allows Resplendence to be equipped across any class.

Formation Description	The front draws enemy attacks while the rear focuses on bolstering magic reserves. The Magic attack of the rearmost units is increased.

To gain access to the Witch's Cap formation, appoint Freelance Mage (M) as the Emperor. Afterward, visit the Training Hall and speak to the Soldier NPC to unlock this new formation.
