To unlock the Cutpurse ability, defeat 30 enemies after annexing at least one territory to activate the feature to learn abilities. This grants passive buffs from the ability. To master Cutpurse, defeat an additional 30 enemies once the feature to master abilities is available after annexing seven territories. Mastery allows Cutpurse to be equipped across any class.
