Ground Attacks

Command	Move	Description	How to Use
Neutral (Neutral + Attack)	Lightning Surge	Black Adam unleashes a surge of electric power that launches enemies horizontally and applies Shocked.	Use this as a follow-up or as a finisher when enemies have a high percentage.
Side (Side (Hold) + Attack)	The Might of Aton	Black Adam flies forward, tackling and Knocking Back enemies in front of him.	You can use this to get close to enemies, as it has decent range and speed, allowing you to close the gap quickly.
Side (Side + Attack)	Might of Kahndaq	A Combo of punches ending in a Grab that holds enemies high above Black Adam's head before slamming them into the ground behind him.	This powerful 3-hit combo allows you to throw the enemy to the ground behind you. Take advantage of its speed and use it as a combo extender.
Up (Up + Attack)	Call the Heavens	Black Adam pulls his hands apart, generating an arc of electricity above himself that can hit enemies multiple times. Summons lightning down from the sky above Black Adam, making him Electrified.	This move is versatile and can be easily paired with Black Adam's other abilities to perform combos.
Down (Down + Attack)	Grounded Blast	Black Adam slams a burst of electricity into the ground that emerges moments later, striking all grounded enemies. The Burst can also emerge from Walls if an enemy is nearby. Black Adam can Charge the slam to force it to emerge faster and increase its size and power.	Use this move to cancel enemy Charge Attacks and launch them towards you. Its speed also makes it effective as a combo opener.
Neutral (Neutral + Special)	Aton's Havoc	Effect: Projectile Black Adam releases a lightning tether Projectile to Grab enemies, damaging them repeatedly and applying Shocked before tossing them either up or down. When the lightning hits a target, it searches for nearby targets, jumping to them to repeat the move in a chain of electric attacks. Charing the attack extends the length the lightning will travel. The lightning can be angled up or down slightly on release. Allies will extend the chain and become Electrified. Projectiles will extend the chain and become temporarily Stopped.	You can use this move as a finisher since you can control the direction the enemy flies off after being hit by the lightning.
Side (Side + Special)	Zehuti's Foresight	Effect: Projectile Black Adam dashes forward and followed by a bolt Projectile. This bolt will reflect off the forcefield generated by Black Adam's Grounded Down Special. Ammo applies to the bolt.	You can use this move as both a combo opener and a gap closer. The lightning follow-up provides you with an opening to execute combos.
Up (Up + Special)	Heru's Flight	Black Adam briefly gains the ability to fly in any direction.	Use this move to recover from being knocked out of bounds or to reposition yourself during the fight.
Down (Down + Special)	Shu's Protection	Black Adam generates an electromagnetic forcefield that pushes enemies away and Blocks enemy Projectiles, but not Heavy Projectiles from entering. The forcefield expires after a brief period or once it has taken enough hits. Cooldown applies.	You can use this move to repel Light Projectiles or push away nearby enemies. Additionally, pairing it with Zehuti's Foresight allows you to bounce the lightning for fancier combos.

Aerial Attacks

Neutral (Neutral + Attack)	Thunder Clap	Effect: Charge, Breaks Armor Black Adam Charges a clap that produces a shockwave which Breaks Armor.	This move can serve as a finisher when edgeguarding against enemies with poor recovery.
Side (Side + Attack)	Soaring Rage	Black Adam performs a jab and an uppercut.	This move can be used as your combo extender for mid-air combat.
Up (Up + Attack)	Arc Lightning	Similar to ground, but does not summon lightning.	Similar to the ground version, you can pair this move to extend your combos due to its speed and area coverage. However, performing this mid-air will not summon lightning.
Down (Down + Attack)	Flying Roundhouse	Black Adam Charges a roundhouse kick. The end of the kick has a Sweetspot that launches enemies in the opposing direction.	A powerful kick that you can use to spike enemies out of bounds. This move is extremely pwoerful, but it's a bit slow and difficult to land consistently.
Neutral (Neutral + Special)	Aton's Power	Effect: Projectile Same as ground.	The effect of this move is identical to the ground version. You can use it to finish off enemies and send them in any direction.
Side (Side + Special)	Zehuti's Vision	Effect: Projectile Same as ground.	Same as ground.
Up (Up + Special)	Heru's Recovery	Same as ground.	Same as ground.
Down (Down + Special)	Amon's Wrath	Effect: Projectile Black Adam hurls two short-range electric Projectiles diagonally downward in rapid succession.	You can use this to cancel an enemy's charge attack if they are below you. It can also serve as a combo opener.

How to Play Black Adam

Constantly Apply Shock

With Lightning Surge, you will be able to constantly apply Shocked to enemies, which can help you build up damage as the fight goes on. Additionally, if the enemy is playing with a teammate, this will force them to play separately to avoid damaging each other with Shocked.

Repel Projectiles with Shu's Protection

You can use your Down + Special to create a safety bubble that can reflect projectiles. You can also use this to repel your own lightning bolt to increase its range.
