Wonder Woman is a Balanced Character

Wonder Woman's mix of offense and defensive skills make her one of the best starting characters in the game.

Although classified as a tank, she is surprisingly mobile and has strong but easy-to-learn combos similar to Bruiser-type characters like Garnet and Shaggy.

Lasso of Truth is a Fast Gap Closer

MultiVersus - Lasso of Truth
Unlike other Tanks, Wonder Woman can quickly close the distance between her and opponents with neutral special attack Lasso of Truth. This lets her grab and drag opponents and bring them within range of her attacks.

The lasso is also useful for grabbing allies and preventing them from ringing out.

Her Shield Blocks Projectiles

Wonder Woman's Warrior Charge and Flying Warrior side and up special move respectively blocks all projectiles, giving her great matchup against characters that rely on projectiles for most of their combos such as LeBron and Arya Stark.

Arya Stark's passive grants her increased damage whenever she hits an opponent in the back making her a great choice for players looking to deal as much damage as possible with a character.

Arya's Neutral Special Face Stealer can also stun enemies caught in the shockwave giving her some offensive utility in team matches, particulary in 1 vs 1 stages.

Iron Giant is an Offensive Tank

Its Neutral Special Bolt Friends., in particular, grants it and its allies Gray Health which is further boosted by its passive Thorn Buff which makes the shield deal passive damage when hit by an opponent.

Bugs Bunny is a Fast Mage

MultiVersus - Bugs Bunny Profile

Bugs Bunny's Dynamite, Doc? passive lets him spawn a projectile that he and his allies can use, which already separates him from fellow mage Tom and Jerry.

What makes Bugs the better choice though is his Down Special Bunny Burrow which gives him immunity to damage allows him and his allies to teleport across the stage. This makes him great at repositioning his many ranged attacks.
