Ground Attacks

Command	Move	Description	How to Use
Neutral (Neutral + Attack)	Aw Geez, Snakes!	Effect: Projectile, Grenade Morty fires a laser projectile. If any active grenades are out, the laser will target each grenade, detonating them on collision. Without an active grenade, the laser will split into two snake projectiles that launch in opposite directions vertically. Cooldown applies to the snakes.	While this is best used when you have grenades to shoot, you can also spam this attack to deal small amounts of damage.
Side (Side (Hold) + Attack)	Armothy Launch	Morty launches himself feet first.	Use this when your opponent has accumulated high damage as this can easily knock them off platforms.
Side (Side + Attack)	Unresolved Anger Issues	Morty pummels enemies with a combo of punches from Armothy, followed by a swing of a Hammer Morty. Morty can combo into a laser whip instead by pressing neutral attack after the second hit of the combo.	This is Morty's jab attack which are good for starting combos.
Up (Up + Attack)	Aw Geez, More Snakes!	Effect: Grenade Similar to Neutral Normal, except Morty fires the laser upward, the snakes split horizontally, and it doesn't target grenades.	Use this in combos that knock enemies above you.
Down (Down + Attack)	Plumbus Time!	Effect: Armor Break Morty begins running his plumbus over the ground, hitting enemies, breaking armor and moving freely. Hold input to keep the plumbus out.	When playing solo, this can be used as a quick knockback. When playing against multiple opponents, you can use this to interrupt channels or split up enemies.
Neutral (Neutral + Special)	It's A Grenade, I Think	Effect: Grenade, Projectile Morty throws a grenade projectile. Ammo applies.	Can be used to zone or deal damage to unsuspecting opponents as you can leave this around the stage.
Side (Side + Special)	Power Of Earth	Effect: Weakened, Charge Morty summons an earth pillar from the ground in front of him that deals weakened to enemies. Morty can charge and aim where the pillar appears. Striking a grenade with a pillar will split it into two.	Good for interrupting charge attacks or launching opponents mid-air.
Up (Up + Special)	Uh, Auto-Pilot?	Effect: Platform Morty calls a spaceship as a platform that moves upward. Cooldown applies.	Can be used in combination with aerial attacks such as Aw Geez, More Snakes! or Power Of Fire.
Down (Down + Special)	Temporal Back-Up	Effect: Grenade Morty creates a save point at his position. After some time, Morty will drop a grenade and warp back to the save point. Press input again to immediately warp back. If Morty's ally is about to be rung out while the save point is active, they will instead warp back to Morty. Cooldown applies.	This can be used when fighting off the platform as you can warp back to safety.

Neutral (Neutral + Attack)	Aw Geez, Air Snakes!	Effect: Projectile, Grenade Same as ground.	Good for fighting multiple enemies mid-air as you can switch directions between shots.
Side (Side + Attack)	Barbarian Instincts	Effect: Charge Morty delivers a combo of 2 axe swings, both of which can be charged.	You can use this to disrupt opponent movement mid-air then follow up with the second swing.
Up (Up + Attack)	Power Of Fire	Effect: Ignite Morty uses the power of an elemental ring to hit enemies upward and ignite them.	Use this to knock opponents in the air while dealing damage over time.
Down (Down + Attack)	Armothy Assault	Morty pounds downward with Armothy.	You can use this move to start combos as it does a small knockup after you initially strike down.
Neutral (Neutral + Special)	Yep, That's A Grenade	Same as ground.	Use to displace enemies as your laser gun automatically aims at the grenade even in mid-air.
Side (Side + Special)	Another Portal?	Effect: Armor, Projectile Morty receives armor and peeks into a portal before hopping in. Hold input to aim where Morty will appear after hopping through the portal. The portal remains and increases the speed of allied projectiles that pass it. Cooldown applies to the left over portal.	Use this to reposition yourself in tight situations.
Up (Up + Special)	Uh, Auto-Pilot?	Same as ground.	Good for ringing out opponents while fighting mid-air since the spaceship spawns higher than its ground attack variation.
Down (Down + Special)	Temporal Back-Up	Same as ground.	Use this when going for combos with attacks that strike down such as Armothy Assault.

Aw Geez, Snakes!

Aw Geez, Snakes! is Morty's Neutral + Attack and this move can be used to start combos thanks to its stun. After using the stun, a timer will appear below Morty to show when the next stun is available so be sure to keep an eye on this for more efficient combos.

It's A Grenade, I Think

This is Morty's Neutral + Special and this can be activated by shooting it with your Neutral + Attack. You can also knock the grenade into your opponent by hitting it with Barbarian Instincts then shooting it to increase the damage further.
