A combo of kicks and bat swings that ends with an upward swing. A powerful 4-hit combo that sends enemies flying directly above you. You can use this to launch enemies and follow it up with a mid-air combo. This move also serves as your igniter after attaching the Stuffie Bat.

Charge an overhead swing. A full charge will hit with a twirl before the swing.
Use this as a launcher to start your vertical combos.

Charge a slide attack. Charging extends the distance of the slide. Press (Down + Attack) again to combo into a forward kick.
You can use this slide attack to get closer to the enemy. This is followed up by a forward kick which can also be used as a finisher to knockout enemies.

Stuffie Bat - MultiVersus
Stuffie Bat
Equip a bat plush bomb. Press (Special) and a direction to throw the bomb and attach it to fighters. Press (Special) again to detonate the bomb; damaging and dealing a Confetti Debuff to enemies and Refreshing allies' air moves. All fighters are knocked back. You can throw multiple bombs before a Cooldown. You can use this move to apply Confetti Time! by attaching a bomb on to the enemy and igniting them after hitting them 5 times. The damage from the ignite can help you build up the percentage. Since most of Harley's attacks are multi hit combos, you can easily ignite enemies as long as you attach the Stuffie Bat.

Harley dashes forward and fires a boxing glove projectile behind her.
You can use this offensively to get close to the enemy or behind them. Alternatively, you can also use this defensively to get away from them.

Harley dashes upward and delivers a powerful baseball bat swing. You can use this as an opener or as a combo finisher for your vertical combos.

Effect: Projectile
Harley places a jack-in-the-box Projectile that detonates when an enemy touches it, knocking them upward. Allies can activate it by jumping while next to the box. Enemies receive a Confetti Debuff, and allies have air options Refreshed. Cooldown aplies.
You can use this as an alternative to Stuffie Bat to apply Confetti Time on enemies. This is mainly used as a defensive tool when edgeguarding or as a trap for enemies when they are trying to recover.

To get the most out of Harley Quinn's ground attacks, you will really have to take the time to learn how to mesh these moves together. Her up attack and down attack are great moves to start combos with as these send opponents away in different directions. You can also increase the damage inflicted or distance traveled based on the charge.

Harley Quinn's aerial side attack is a great move to add to your combos as the the damage and knockback can ring out enemies below the 90 damage mark. Her neutral attack is also good when you're trying to prevent enemies from recovering to the stage.

Passive Abilities

Confetti Time! After applying the Confetti Debuff to enemies, Harley and her allies must knock back the victim multiple times to apply a Fire Debuff to them.

Harley Quinn's passive lets her deal additional damage over time to enemies, effectively adding more damage to their current total.

Instead of igniting, at max stacks and after a short delay, Harley's Confetti debuff creates a large explosion launching enemies upward. Using this perk will lower your damage output, but it can help you knock out enemies with the explosion if you build up enough damage.

Harley can aim the direction she fires her boxing glvoe on her air down normal attack. Due to Harley Quinn's fast-paced fighting style, you will be rushing towards the enemy most of the time and won't be using Prank Shot often.

You receive a 5% boost to damage dealt and defense. Well Rounded is your basic signature perk, available by default. You can use this until you unlock better perks for Harley Quinn.

Hitting an armored enemy will briefly stop them from using armor. Utilize this perk to consistently inflict damage, even against armored fighters.

Airwalker
Inputing a neutral dodge in the air will spawn a platform below you. This platform consumes half of your dodge meter and overrides parry. Being lighter than other fighters, you'll find yourself getting thrown off the platform most of the time. However, you can use this to your advantage to recover when you get knocked out.

Second Wind Beneath Your Wings
You refresh all air abilities after ringing out an enemy. Being in the Assassin class, you will be able to ring out multiple enemies in a single match. The ability to reset all air moves can be crucial, especially if you're performing vertical combos.

Last Stand
While you have at least 100 damage, knocking back enemies applies weakened. Upon receiving 100 damage, you will be able to turn fights by using your powerful combos and applying Weakened against enemies.

Air Special Combo

Aerial Down + Attack ► Up + Attack ► Up + Special ► Aerial Up + Attack ► Aerial Up + Special

This combo specializes in building up damage against your opponents with the use of air attacks. This will allow you to easily knock out an opponent in the air and even keep the combo going or score a ring out. Parrying is not needed, but it helps if you ever want to start your combo with a charged attack.

Ground to Air Ignite Combo

Down + Attack ► Up + Attack ► Aerial Up + Attack ► Aerial Up + Special ► Aerial Side + Attack

Can be started from a safe distance thanks to the Slider move. Continuously inflict ignite damage onto your opponent by hitting them with the Confetti Grenade as you launch them into the air.

Batter Up! Is a Great Finisher Option

Her baseball bat swing is one of her best finishers against enemies up in the air. It has a wide spread as well, which makes it easier to hit enemies above you. The finisher has a short delay when Harley does it, so make sure you time it correctly if you are aiming to ring out your opponent.

Clown Combo and Flying Kicks Moves

You can easily connect different attacks or specials after a barrage of hits against your opponents using these two moves. It is also a good way to rack up your opponent's damage before going for a deciding hit or finishing move.

Harley Quinn's attack and specials don't pack a punch individually but are pretty dangerous if strung consecutively and correctly. It won't be hard to do so, as you can follow up her combo attacks with other strong or charged attacks with ease.

Use Deployable Specials

MultiVersus - Harley Quinn

Her down and neutral specials can destroy your opponents' rhythm as they have quite a knockback even if they don't deal much damage. They're also very easy to use, but be mindful of using them as they have a cooldown!

Make Use of Harley's Speed

Harley Quinn is one of the fastest characters in the game. Switching from ground attack to air attack and fighting near the ledge will be a piece of cake for her. You can take advantage of that and confuse your opponents and hit them where it hurts!
