After you clear out the three Motorpool Blinds, the location for the Motorpool Base will appear in Harlem on your map. It will be on the northwest side of the neighborhood at a large abandoned school.
For the Motorpool Blinds, your main objective is to eliminate all the Hunters on the rooftops. Each Hunter Blind can have varying types of enemies. with some only having normal mobs. You can instantly take them out by using Web Swing (hold the Square Button while mid-air) to push them off the building.
To add to that, you may want to prioritize taking down Talon Drones, Hunter Beasts, and Brutes if they are present since they can either deal heavy attacks, have strong range, or can disable your gadgets. Make sure to also utilize AOE skills or abilities, like Chain Lightning, to clear out multiple enemies at once.
Once you defeat all the enemies in a Hunter Blind, look for the inactive Talon Drone on a table and access it to gather intel. You can find intel by moving your cursor around the hologram with your left thumbstick until it reveals a red item. When you do, hover over it and select it by pressing the X Button.
The first blind you clear out, regardless of location, will have you locate the comm center so the Hunter Base cannot call for backup. The second blind will have you look for three vulnerabilities that you can utilize while at the base. Lastly, the third blind will help you find the location of the Hunter Base and marks it on your map.
It is recommended for players to use Miles when infiltrating the base since he can go invisible and sneak around better than Peter. Performing stealth takedowns gives you a big advantage.
While your main objective is to eliminate the enemies, it is recommended for you to disable the communications console first so that the Hunters cannot call for backup. This limits the amount of enemies to who is already there, which makes the fight manageable.
You can find the Communications Console inside the empty swimming pool which is adjacent to the large dome building. When you walk up next to it, press the Triangle Button to disable it.
Next, you may want to sabotage three vehicle turrets by taking out its batteries on the electric boxes. This will also make the fight easier since there would not be any turrets firing at you.
The first battery can be found behind a green barrier in the corner of the gym filled with vehicles. You can pull it out by pressing L1 + R1 without having to take out the enemies there.
You can find the second battery inside a large green container in the schoolyard just outside the swimming pool building. You will need to pull the door open first, then head inside the pull out the battery.
The third battery is located on a balcony overlooking the schoolyard. You can pull it out when the L1 + R1 button prompts appear above it.
After you complete the sub-objectives, you can then start taking out the rest of the Hunters in the base. There will be a variety of enemies present, and they are also large in numbers. Similar to the blinds, try prioritizing the Talon Drones, Hunter Beasts, and Brutes since they pose a large threat.
If you have not yet, you can eliminate the Hunters on the rooftops and in the schoolyard first to remove the snipers, and to create room. Make sure to utilize stealth takedowns as well if you have not been detected. Then, proceed to defeat the Hunters inside the buildings.
After you take out the other Hunters, you may want to save the Hunters inside the Dome building for last since the strongest enemies are here. Save your Finisher moves for the Brutes so you can instantly take them down.
Lastly, you have to look for the vent in the corner of the ground floor in the Dome building. When you see it, crawl inside and interact with the computer by pressing the Triangle Button to download the data. Doing so will finish the mission and you will earn the rewards.
