Whirl of Melodies is limited-time event in Infinity Nikki where you must complete tasks to obtain Party Invites. You can then exchange Party Invites for valuable goodies, such as, Diamonds, Blings, and a lot more!

The world and random quests for The Party's On objective consists a total of six quests which are divided into two categories, Joyful Tales and Party Banter.
Photo at Glamour Runway Wearing Floating Blossoms
Glamour Runway the floating platform located at the east end of the river in Outskirts Forest, at the east end of Florawish. You need to take a picture at the platform while wearing the Floating Blossoms outfit.

Craft the Cha-Cha Spin Piece
The Cha-Cha Spin piece can be obtained as a reward for completing the Carnival, Snip, Snap! quest under The Party's On event.

Upgrade Clothing by 30 Levels in Total
Collect the necessary materials, select the Glow Up button in the Pear-Pal Menu, and upgrade any clothing you want for a total of 30 levels.
