The Full Moon and the Truth Quest Location
Go to Breezy Meadow
The Full Moon and the Truth is located at Breezy Meadow, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Teleport to the Queen's Palace Ruins Entrance Warp Spire and head north to a group of boys nearby.
Note that the time in-game should be daytime for the group of boys to show on the overworld.

Players will need to complete In the Depths of Night Exclusive Quest, the second quest of The Song of the Lost event quest, that is available after the Version 1.3 update.

Change Time to Day
If you've arrived at the quest area, you can interact with the glowing spot to advance the time. You can also manually change the time. by opening up your Pear-Pal and using Run, Pear-Pal to change the time from anywhere between 04:00 to 22:00.
Pick ''Nia is Telling the Truth''
After talking to the Fearless Adventurers, they will show you a riddle written in a note. When given the chance, select ''Nia is telling the truth''.
Take a Photo of the ''Gate Where the First Torch Is Lit'' at Night
After talking to the kids, they will ask you to take a photo of the gate inside the castle grounds.
Upon arriving at the marker, make sure to set change the time to evening. Bring out your camera and take a picture of the entire entrance and two torches on either side.
How to Take Pictures with the Camera
Show the Photo to the Fearless Adventures
After taking the photo, go back to the kids outside the castle grounds, change the time to day once more, and show them the photo you took to complete the quest.
