Dews of Firework can be exchanged to Vita at the Fireworks Workshop. Shining Particles, Bling, Resonite Crystals, Thread of Purity and Shiny Bubbles are among the rewards players can receive when turning over your Dews.

Her workshop is unlocked after clearing the Fireworks Training Step 1 Quest! She also happens to accept Whim Balloons as well!

To collect Dews of Firework, you'll need to purify them--much like Dews of Inspiration. Once they've been purified, they will automatically be harvested by Nikki.
