After using the Stoneville Wish Bottle at the Lakeheart Stonetree during the Wish Collector's Crisis, head over to the Dye Shop in Stoneville and talk to Spindle.

He will give you a Sunpetal Sheet after a brief cutscene.

Once you are out of the cutscene, the Floral Memory outfit is available to unlock through the Heart of Infinity.

Craft the outfit with the Sunpetal Sheet that Spindle gives you, along with other crafting materials obtainable in the overworld.
