Photo Investigation: Faewish Sprite's Test is located right across the Meadow Wharf Whimcycle Rental, in Breezy Meadow. Popoda should be there floating, however, the quest only starts during Night, from (22:00 - 04:00), so skip time using your Pear-Pal, if you have to!

There is another Photo Investigation quest that doesn't trigger until you find him in the Market of Mirth with Painting Doodley, a Piecey who is hiding next to the stage where ZigZag Step Twirl is.
