How to beat Vinuskar

FF XII Vinuskar
If you've had a few doses of bosses from the FF XII series, then you'll get a real surprise with Vinuskar. He doesn't have the strength of a real boss. In fact, the enemies in the dungeon might prove a greater threat than Vinuskar.

Vinuskar can cast Slow and Break to your party. Vinuskar's special move, Sword Dance, deals moderate damage to a single target. He still has a considerable degree of danger so it is advisable to be cautious in battle against him.

FF XII Vinuskar Boss Fight
You should have invested in a Time Battlemage, as this job has Haste which can counter Vinuskar's Slow spell. Have some Gold Needles ready to negate Vinuskar's Break spell.

Vinuskar is pretty susceptible to damage from chain Quickenings, so if you're adept at this, fire away. With the boss'(?) small HP pool, a well-placed Quickening combo can make the battle almost a cakewalk.
