DQ Treasures - Talk to Favonius
Talk to Favonius at the Bloodleaf Boulevard station at Cinderback Ridge.

DQ Treasures - Stone Monument Location Cinderback Ridge
After talking with him, he'll ask you to go find a Stone Monument in his stead. The monument is located somewhere in the Fire Traps.
3 To make it easier for you to reach the designated area, bring a party that uses Launch, Sprint and Glide as their Forte.

Dragon Quest Treasures - Once you arrive at the area
Once you arrive at the area, depending on your location, you can either use Glide to drop down to the area or make your way up using Launch.

DQ Treasures - Return to Favonius
Interact with the Stone Monument, then talk with Favonius back at the Bloodleaf Boulevard station to complete the quest and get the rewards.
