How to Issue Orders

You can actually issue commands to your monsters to change their current battle formation! Read on to know how to issue monsters orders and the actions they make per each command!

How to Issue Orders

Press Up or Down in the Directional Pad

Orders are issued by pressing up or down on the directional pad. There are only two commands in the game which are Go, Go, Go and Gather Around. Below are the effects of each command.

When to Use Commands

To issue a Retreat

When running away from foes, the Gather Around command can be used to command your allies to run away with you. This will stop them from staying in the fight and taking unnecessary damage. This can also be used to pull your allies towards yourself if you wish to avoid a ground targeted attack from an enemy or boss.

To Focus on One Target

When fighting multiple enemies, your allied monsters may start attacking different monsters during combat. This can unnecessarily extend the duration of the fight by not being able to remove enemies one by one which can extend the time they can do damage. Use the Go, Go, Go command to immediately shift your party's attention on your target!

To Burst an Enemy From Afar

You can target an enemy from afar then use the Go, Go, Go command to have all your monsters attack the said target. This can be useful if your character's HP is low as you can let your allies take the danger in your stead.
