Treasure Maps are obtainable drops from monsters and are used to find locations of Treasure Dungeons in Dragon Quest Treasures. Read on to find out how to get Treasure Maps, where to find Treasure Dungeons, as well as what rewards you can receive in Treasure Dungeons!

Monsters will occasionally drop Treasure Maps upon defeating them. These maps are special items that will lead you to locations of Treasure Dungeons which contain rewards and untold riches!
Throughout the story, Erik and Mia will come across a Special Treasure Map which will lead them to a treasure dungeon to face a mysterious and massive monster known as Hornbull, Sentinel of the Sands.
It is likely unknown if more special treasure maps can be found in the main story so stay tuned!
Monsters that you have recruited can also be sent out on missions and have a chance of bringing home treasure maps with them.
How to Find Treasure Dungeons |

Upon finding a Treasure Map, a special quest will commence! You can open up the Quests menu to check which island the dungeon is located at.
Once you reach the designated island, you'll find the entrance to the dungeon in the form of a Teleportal. These are swirling portals that will appear in the island and you'll get a notification once these portals have opened near you.
Be prepared for a fight once you enter, monsters will be awaiting you inside the dungeon.
Treasures and Gold await those brave enough to accept the challenge of facing the monsters that dwell inside the treasure dungeons. Defeat the monsters in the final room of a dungeon and you'll receive these bountiful rewards!
These treasures found inside are also random and are different each time you enter a treasure dungeon. There are also special awards should you make it out alive in one piece.
In addition, clearing out treasure dungeons within a short time frame will award you with rare medals!
Treasure Dungeons contain rooms filled with monsters that you'll have to battle in order to advance to the next area. The monsters you'll confront inside are random and will change each time you visit the dungeon.
Once you defeat all monsters in the room, the portal leading to the next room will appear! This will continue on until you have cleared all rooms in the dungeon.
Occasionally, you will spawn in rooms that have Stone Pillars which will affect your party in a number of ways upon touching them. These can include from a range of buffs including HP restorations!
The final room lies the toughest monsters of the dungeon. Teamwork and cooperation with your party is a must to accomplish the final level of the treasure dungeon.
