The latest giftcode as of 12/19/2022. Yuji and Pekotte are two characters that can only be recruited via Gift Codes! These are two unique characters with Yuj being a slime character voiced by the game's creator Yuji Horii while Pekotte is a hunter machine that is designed to look like the popular Vtuber Usada Pekora. Both characters can be availed via Gift Codes and then recruited from Miss. Cecily in-game! Also, take note that the gift codes are case sensitive so make sure to check your entry while inputting it in the gift code.

How to Redeem Gift Codes

Access Gift Codes From Gang Menu

When you are at your home base, press up on the d-pad to access the Gang Menu. Gift Codes can be found at the bottom of the Gang Menu.

Enter Gift Code

Enter the gift code into the text box to redeem it. You don't need a Nintendo Switch Online subscription to avail of the codes, but your Switch needs to be connected to the internet.

Note: Gift codes can only be claimed once.

Where to Get Gift Codes

From Pre-Ordering the Game

Gift codes were given away to players who pre-ordered the game on Amazon and the Square Enix Store. Check your invoice to see your gift codes.

If the game was pre-ordered on the Nintendo eShop, then the freebies were downloaded with the full game with no need for a gift code.

From Square Enix Events

Square Enix gave away gift codes on their pre-launch livestream on Twitch last December 7, 2022. Gift codes were given away to lucky Twitch users.
