Forte Skills are unique monster abilities that Erik and Mia can activate by cooperating with recruited monsters in Dragon Quest Treasures. Read on to find out the list of all Forte Skills, how to use Forte Skills, and which monsters can use each Forte Skill.

The Launch Forte allows monsters to toss Erik and Mia high up in the air allowing them to gain access to certain areas that are otherwise difficult to reach. |
Glide

Glide Forte gains the ability for monsters to use their wings and jet boosters to fly and propel Erik and Mia safely down from extreme heights or float slowly adrift in the air to reach remote areas. |
Sprint

Sprint Forte allows Erik and Mia to traverse the map faster by riding on monsters at an increased speed. Each monster has unique stats for different levels of speed and stamina for carrying both Erik and Mia. |
Stealth

Stealth Forte allows for covert movement as the monster can dive and burrow deep into the ground with Erik and Mia, allowing them to bypass obstacles and safely pass through areas without alerting enemy presence. |

The Scan Forte highlights any nearby foraging points and the number of crafting materials available in that area will also be shown to you. |
How to Use Forte Skills
Selecting Highlighted Forte Skills
All Forte Skills that are available and ready to be activated will be highlighted in your Forte Skills menu. This will depend on which monsters you currently have recruited and are traveling with you in your party.
Create and Strategize Combinations
You can strategize on which monsters to bring in your party as you can create skill combinations by recruiting monsters according to the skills that compliment well with each other.
A perfect example for this is the Stealth and Scan skill, you can use Scan to look for nearby foraging points and if there are enemies present within the vicinity, simply use Stealth to avoid detection while traversing through the area and gather crafting materials safely.
What Are Forte Skills?
Special Cooperative Abilities With Monsters
Forte Skills are special abilities that can be activated by recruited monsters to aid you in your quest for treasure. Treasures that are rather difficult to find and reach can be discovered quickly with the help of these skills.
These special abilities are unique to each monster and not all of them possess the same skill.
