Dragon Quest Treasures will be available to download for the Nintendo Switch Console on December 9th, 2022, and like most of the Nintendo Switch exclusives, it's expected to release at midnight.
Dragon Quest Treasures will only be available for Nintendo Switch on release. Currently, the game is a Switch exclusive, and there are no official statements of the game coming on other platforms.

There are two editions available for Dragon Quest Treasures: the Standard Edition, which includes the full game and bonus items if you pre-order the game, and the Deluxe Edition, which includes the content of Standard Edition, a couple of other items, and three monster allies!
