If you want to check out the lists of side quests available for you, you can head over to the main menu and select the Quest Menu. Inside, you'll be able to choose between four categories, Main Quests, Railway Quests, Adventure Quests, and Daily Quests.
Select which quest you would like to set as your current objective, and you should be able to track the quest easily afterward.
