Monsters can be scouted in Dragon Quest Treasures by defeating them in combat! Read on to learn how to scout monsters and why we need to scout them!
List of Contents
1 | Search for your Monster of choice. Each monster has their own habitat so learning them is a great way to hunt them down! |
---|---|
2 | Engage in combat with as many as possible! Chances vary depending on rating so defeating more Monsters increases that chance. |
3 | Use Buddy Bullets to make them friendlier. |
4 | Head to base to meet these Scouted Monsters once the notification appears! |
Buddy Bullets are a type of Pellet that increases the likelihood of monsters wanting to join your gang!
Each Monster has their own rating and rarity. These ratings are: Rainbow, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Rainbow rated Monsters are the most difficult to catch, while Bronze Monsters would be the easiest!
Scouting Monsters allows you to recruit them at your base! Without scouting them, you will be unable to recruit them into your gang!
Having a variety of Monsters at your disposal is one sure way to make your journey easier!
Since Buddy Pellets increase the chances of scouting a Monster, your best bet is to save Buddy Pellets for these specific Monsters, such as ones that you really want or rare ones that are difficult to scout!
